- One fourth employees of inspectors are the base of quality guarantee. All inspectors have to quality themselves in a strict evaluation for the post. Annual training is arranged for them according to actual needs to keep them aware of the importance of quality control and skillful in practical inspection.
- Dynam performance and chemical components of all raw materials are inspected. Chemical equipment includes: FT-IR CS Analyzer, photometric colorimeter, electrolyte analyzer, salt fog testing case. Dynamo equipment includes: Rockwell hardness tester, micro-Vickers hardness tester, electronic pull power tester, profiler, eddy current conduct meter, coating thickness tester. All raw materials are subject to test batch by batch according to furnace number. 3D coordinate tester and other testing software greatly improve the company's ability to guarantee product quality.
- Each product undergoes 20 strict inspection procedures. Disqualification rate is lower than 300PPM.
- Inspection control plan in manufacturing process is stipulated according to the product supervising regulation. Each inspection flow and means of sampling is specified in the regulation. The initial part of all products is subject to inspect. Meanwhile, work flow is analyzed by SPC and supervising tables to guarantee the work flow meet the following standard ¨C Cpk ¡Ý 1.33, Ppk ¡Ý 1.67.
